The Doors Around Here
Jefferson sits about 6 miles NNW of the center of Parma, one of 67 named areas we work across. The housing stock through this part of the service area runs 1938 to 2004, with the median build year landing around 1966, and most of what we see on calls out this way is that mid-century wave - 1960s and 70s construction. That era means steel doors on torsion springs that were sized for a lighter panel than what's often been swapped in over the years, and openers that have been replaced once or twice already but bolted onto the original track and header bracket.
